1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the website jackboyman.com and the content and services offered there by JackSoundWorks.

2. Contracting party

The provider named in the Imprint is your contractual partner (“we”).

3. Website content

The site provides music showcases, free downloads, browser-based tools, and community features. No particular artistic or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability. Maintenance, technical faults, or reliance on third parties (for example hosting or Firebase) can still cause interruptions.

5. User duties

Users must not submit unlawful or abusive content, bypass security, or run automated bulk requests without permission.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal policy. For digital content the right may expire early if performance begins with express consent.

7. Liability

We are liable under statute for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (“cardinal obligations”), limited to typical foreseeable damage. Liability for slight negligence for loss of data is excluded where permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms. Statutory rules apply to ongoing contracts; repeated use may reference publication of the new version.

9. Final provisions

German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer protection rules at your habitual residence remain unaffected. Venue for consumers: as provided by law.
